Rolling Stone called her music "fiery and virtuosic..." George Clinton called her "the Jimi Hendrix of the violin." We call her an inspiration. Her moving Ted Talks cover her struggles with a devastating and mysterious condition, as well as losing a major record deal when she stood up to sexual harassment.
Through it all, Lili Haydn triumphed. She has used her experiences to empower other through music and motivational speeches. Lili scored a film based on the life of Anita Hill. The theme song she wrote for that film became one of the themes for One Billion Rising, Eve Ensler's annual event to end violence against women. As Lili state in one of her Ted Talks, "Music helps us imagine and feel the change we want to see in the world."
